Up to 24 text match rules per monitor catch "Back in Stock," "Out of Stock," "Only 2 left," "Backordered," and any other availability phrase your suppliers use. Each rule fires when its phrase appears, disappears, or both. Regex mode handles wholesale portals with inconsistent or region-specific language. Layout detection catches when an entire SKU listing is removed from a category page.

PageSignal uses a real browser engine — Chromium on Windows, WebKit on macOS — not a headless simulation. Does PageSignal work on Amazon, eBay, and Shopify?
Yes. PageSignal uses a real browser engine, so any public-facing product page on a major marketplace works the same as any other site. ASIN pages, Shopify storefronts, eBay listings, and Walmart/Target product pages are all standard supported.
How often does it check prices?
Check intervals run from every 60 seconds to every 24 hours, with optional jitter to spread requests over a window. Exact-time scheduling lets you check at specific hours (e.g., 9:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 5:00 PM). Most users run 5–15 minute intervals for active competitor products and hourly intervals for routine supplier checks.
Can it bypass Cloudflare or bot protection?
PageSignal detects Cloudflare challenge pages and handles the challenge flow rather than silently treating it as the page. TLS / JA3 fingerprinting matches a real Chrome installation. Bot-protected sites that load correctly in your browser typically load correctly in PageSignal — but no monitoring tool can guarantee 100% access to every site at all times.
Can I monitor pages behind a supplier login?
Yes. PageSignal includes a sign-in window where you log in once with your normal credentials. The session persists across checks. SSO, OAuth, multi-step auth, and most custom flows work because PageSignal uses a real browser engine.
Do you store my product list or pricing data on a server?
No. PageSignal runs on your computer. Monitor configurations, snapshots, alert history, and price records are stored in a local SQLite database. PageSignal does not upload them. Alert notifications and optional AI providers receive only what you configure them to send.
Is there a monitor limit on the free version?
Practical capacity depends on your computer, network, and check frequency — not on PageSignal license tiers. There are no PageSignal billing-plan caps on monitor count.
